Best side options to add to your everyday food.
We all like to eat meals, but have we ever thought of enjoying one ?
No!! I guess.
Well, being someone who wants to eat less and enjoy more while eating i would like to share with you guys the best side options we all can add to our everyday meals which can make it more enjoyable, yummy and wholesome.
1. Fresh Salad: salads are commonly used sides for our everyday meal but have we ever thought of making a different version of salad ? Typical salads are something we all are bored off so why not try the new ones. We can start by adding a lot of greens, then we can add some onions as onions are proven to reduce cholesterol levels. Next goes in tomato’s, some sweet corns. A hand full of dry fruits. Some beef sausages to make it extra yummy and lastly olives and olive oil.
2- Sauces: sauces can be an amazing sideline to your meals. Good sauces and good choices of your sauces can make your meal supercilious and amazing to eat. You can choose different sauces for different meals. It can be either sweet sauces or some barbecue. You can mix it in your meal or enjoy it separately. The right selection of sauces will determine the taste of your meal. For example, burgers taste better with ketchup. French fries would be better with thousand island sauce or cheese sauce.
2. 3- French fries: French
fries are one of the most liked side options. You can put in French fries with
almost every type of meal. As French fries are not slides French fries are a
vibe. You can make different types and designs of French fries. They can be as
crispier as you like or can be steak or loopy.
3. 4- Coke/beverages: are
sides which helps us improve our meal experience. Most of us according to
recent studies almost 70% of the world population and around 68% of the
Pakistani population likes to consume carbonated drinks with their meals.
People consume different types of drinks. It may include Pepsi or coke or
sprite or Fanta and mountain dew as well. Some diet conscious people consume
diet drinks to maintain their fitness goals. Diet drinks have also recently
made their importance especially after COVID. People also like having lassi.
Either sweet or salted. People also enjoy tea or green tea. They can also
consume black coffee or milk coffee. And can make different kind of mock tails.
4. 5- Olives/ cheese: in
some traditions olives and cheese are also a commonly used factor. People like
to eat pickles and olives with their meals. People like that due to their sour
taste. There are different kinds of pickles and olives availed in the market.
There are green olives, black olives, pitted and whole. Pickles are also
usually mixed with carrots or cucumbers. Whereas cheese is not commonly used
side options but some of the population and people like to have them as an
option.
