Steaks are known to be one of the most eaten and liked foods in the world. It’s mostly liked and eaten in countries like Argentina, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, the United States, and the United Kingdom. In Asian countries, such as China, South Korea and Pakistan. It is yummy and very fulfilling meal. It is rich in proteins and is very much preferred by the people who are diet conscious as it is meal which is a high nutritional content. Steaks are usually easy to make by may be an expensive meal if cooked in beef. Steaks are originally of beef but in countries like Pakistan chicken steaks are also an option as it is much cheaper and easily available. Steaks are usually served with sidelines which may include fries, mash potatoes, baked potatoes and in most of the cases rice as well. Also the other side of the steak is dressed with vegetables. Mostly which includes carrots, green beans and onions etc. it can also have a topping of sauces depending up on the flavor. Most people like white sauce whereas most of them like it spicy and with red sauce. It can also be consumed raw and without any sauce or topping or can just be had with a mayo or mustard.
Now let’s talk about
how can u make a steak at home. Yummy and fresh.
STEP 1: first step is
doing the right grocery for your steak. The correct materials and ingredients
would lead to the best steak. So everything u should buy should be fresh. You
can also use organic materials for better taste.
STEP 2: tenderize the
meat you have bought with red chili and some olive oil. You can also add yogurt
and some salt to add more taste. Use a bit of garlic and ginger mix paste to add
more taste.
STEP 3: take a
non-stick pan and put it on the stove. Put it on light heat and let the oil get
hot.
STEP 4: once the oil
is hot, put the tenderized steak into the non-stick pan. Be aware of the
popping oil that may harm you.
STEP 5: you have to
make sure that the steak is properly cooked. Each sides. First cook one side.
STEP 6: when one side
is cooked then now flip the steak and cook the other side.
STEP 7: Meanwhile
your steak is cooking take a pan. A deep fryer pan. And add oil to warm up
STEP 8: cut potatoes
for frying the French fries.
STEP 9: Cut some
veggies also. Add carrot, some greens and onions.
STEP 10: grilled the
veggies on a non-stick pan.
STEP 11: Take the
fries out of the pan and along with the veggies as well. Your steak would be
ready as well. Serve it out on a plate, put up some white thousand island
sauce. Add the fries and the veggies as well. Grab a coke
and enjoy your yummy meal.
