healthy eating goals or in weight loss journey deserts are specially prohibited
in diet plans .To full fill your cravings for something sweet which contains
low calories and are healthy as well here are some quick and fit small deserts
recipes
1- Sauteed Apples
Sauteed apple is most easy desert
recipe which requires no baking and could be prepared less than five minutes,
this also not includes any sugar therefore remains perfect for ones in weight
loss journey.
How to Make
No rocket science!! Just take few
apples cut then into slices sauté them into butter and some light spices mixed
it up wait for few minutes to let it dry.
2- Roasted Peaches
Roasted Peaches is another easy and
quick recipe for desert lover containing low amount of calories and one of the
best treat ever.
How to make:
Take few peaches according to your
need boil them in boiler until they get soft and caramelized cut each of them
in two pieces and dip then in honey/ jam after removing its seed .
3- Apple Donuts
Apple donuts are one of the most
eye catching desert dishes with a lot of nutritional power and it could be
prepare within 10 minutes.
How to make:
Take an apple remove apple core with
knife or apple coring tool,slice the apple crosswise into 6-7 pieces about ¼
inch thick .Then spread each of apple ring with almond butter and also don’t
forget to sprinkle with coconut.
4- Fruit Sticks
To make fruit more decorative and
give a different look especially for kids to keep their immune good, fruit
stick is simple and unique idea to try.
How to make
Take small kitchen Bamboo sticks
and cut fruits in different shapes like heart, star etc. (which can easily
stuck in stick i.e. strawberry, watermelon etc.) add different spices on it.
5- Fruit chart
Fruit chat is one of the most
commonly used deserts especially in Pakistan it is one of the healthiest fruity
meals and also consumed instead of lunch or dinner
How to Make
As simple as ABC just take
different fruits according to your taste cut them down in to enough small
pieces add different spices especially black paper also add little bit of jam and
milk cream mix it up ,add little bit dry fruits and consume.
6- Grilled Pineapple
Pineapple is perfect for all
intents and purposes, yet grilling it takes it to a higher level. Toss slices
of pineapple on the grill and see with your own eyes. It gets a milder surface,
a better flavor, and a delightful caramelized crust. Top it with a scoop of
frozen yogurt and you have yourself a warm, reviving summer treat.
