For a body to function properly and stay healthy it always need a balance amount of nutrients. Human body require vitamins (A, B, C,D, E) and multiple Minerals that  are essential for physical and mental growth. So the diet you eat should be rich in all essential nutrients.

A healthy diet includes wide variety of food that has a well defined proportion of nutrients.

It is wisely said that for an adult to grow healthy, he should have good eating habits, and to some extent we are ignorant towards the correct calorie and food intake.

Along with the physical nourishment one's mind should also be given proper nourishment and to achieve our target one should have a correct portion of nuts in his diet.

Almonds, Pistachio, Walnuts, Cashews, peanuts and Hazelnuts etc. are the nuts rich in nutrients and affordable to daily calorie budget.


These nuts are not only beneficial for physical and mental growth but also gives beautifying impact to one's self.

1. Almonds are rich in Vitamin A that helps lowering the cholesterol and lowers the risk of heart diseases.

2. Pistachios are good source of Vitamin B. It helps lowering blood pressure and Various Cardiovascular diseases.

3. Walnuts are an ultimate source of copper that strengthens the immune system and helps in development of blood vessels. Walnuts are best suitable for improving ones mental abilities.

4. Cashews are rich in proteins and Vitamin K that are important for improvement of metabolic activities.

5. Hazelnuts have caffeic acid and gallic acid that act as antioxidants. It helps in lowering exposure to heart and cholesterol diseases.

6. Peanuts are rich in Vitamin B that helps in fetal and placental development.

All these nuts are equally important in human diet as any other food product.

For a healthy life style to be maintained and practice one should add a right amount of nuts to his diet, so one's body may not be deficient of any mineral or Vitamin.
