Pros and Cons of Coffee

 Coffee as we all know has been an important part of our life especially for the working class and students. Caffeine consumption helps them to make it through their tough work routine and to stay focused. Studies have shown that there are 164.5 million bags in coffee consumed on average in a year. However, there are some pros but at the same time some cons of consuming coffee as well. 



Let’s first talk about the pros:

Boosts energy levels:

Coffee has proven the best source of energy according to modern studies. Consuming coffee and give you an instant boost and can help you to have high motivation and dedication towards your work. It helps you to do your work effectively and efficiently. It can give you all the push you need when your day is hectic and tiring.

Could support brain health: 

Coffee can support brain health. Coffee keeps your focused. It helps you to grow your thoughts and aids in critical thinking. It gives you a sense of good feeling and professionalism. 

May promote weight management:

as coffee boosts your metabolic rate and gives you boost. It can aid in weight loss and a high metabolic rate can give you a support if your goal is to lose weight.

Linked to a lower risk of depression:

studies have shown that people who consume coffee on regular bases are reduced depression risk than 10%. This is how much consuming coffee is important.

Improved athletic performance: 

People who are into gym and are fitness freaks might know the importance of caffeine in their lives. Having a cup of black coffee improves their workout by 100% for sure. 


DISADVANTAGES OF HAVING COFFEE AND MAKING IT A DAILY PART OF YOUR LIFE

With all the amazing advantages and why coffee should be a part of your life there are some disadvantages as well for using excessive amount of coffee. Anything used in a good manner is alright and beneficial for health but if you over dose it then of course you have to face some of its issues and you will face some disadvantages and see it affect your life in a bad way. There are many side effects of using caffeine. Some people say its good and some say its bad. There are mixed views upon it. Many like it and many not. One of the disadvantage of using coffee is that it can cause you stomach ache, nausea and nervousness. Caffeine is also prohibited for ladies who are pregnant and are expecting as drinking and having huge coffee consumption can cause a pre mature birth of the child. It can cause low birth weight of the child and can cause serious issues. Drinking a large amount of coffee can also cause thinning of bones and can cause bone issues.

We can conclude that coffee is a beneficial thing for our daily life but if used in a huge amount so it can cause trouble as well.
